Warfighter — sealed strategic indications & warning for the operational warfighter (U.S. Space Command · USSPACECOM)
THE BRIEFING — six acts for the warning desk, at the top of the page (read it or forward it as-is)
Self-presenting deck, twin of /space-force's: Act 01 — the one thing: before the event, we tell you what is at risk in the window — a named actor, window, and mechanism, sealed before and graded after; the job ends at the advisory; method address-first (time is the address → Vedic astrology — Jyotisha — as the discipline that claims to read it → signal/instrument/calibration with IY and SITA completing the readout). Act 02 — the 200-day window: concession FIRST — the U.S. Embassy's ~2-week Moscow alert was the operationally superior product; this desk's call was sealed ~200 days earlier naming the city, target class, and window; complements, not rivals — you cannot surveil a plot that does not exist yet: collection starts when there is something to collect, a time-indexed read starts before that; no perpetrator is named, ever. Act 03 — one hour, fourteen futures: the 4 September 2023 sitting sealed fourteen futures in one hour, resolving 4–752 days later — twelve HIT, two misses kept at full weight; no leak, feed, or network produces fourteen unrelated futures from one afternoon, and a hedge produces none. Act 04 — the menu: AIM COLLECTION (a dated window is a cueing input, never a source) · TIME THE POSTURE · PRE-DRAFT THE RESPONSE · GRADE IT AFTERWARD; augmenting I&W input, no affiliation or tasking, never a decision authority, no SDA/counterspace claim. Act 05 — the desk at scale: a 56-call strategic-warning desk; the Russia–Ukraine corpus alone is 31 calls — 24 HIT, 1 NEAR, 3 PARTIAL, 3 MISS kept — at leads of 4–792 days; for most of the record no official public warning existed at any lead — the comparator isn't beaten, it's absent. Act 06 — the ask: the free adversarial evaluation (CSV · verifier · /regrade), then a forward season on windows the evaluator names — both exits published at full weight.
Strategic surprise is paid for by the force that absorbs it — the posture not taken, the asset not moved, the decision window that closed unseen. The official public alert before the Crocus City Hall attack gave ~15 days; the read sealed on this record gave ~200. That gap is the product: a graded early-warning input for the operational warfighter — decision space the collection gap cannot guarantee, on a clock the adversary does not control. The day is readable; warning is offered, protection is never promised — no past prevention is ever claimed; prevention is the purpose, warning is the promise, the ledger is the proof — and the record is never a decision authority.
JYOTINT publishes dated, SHA-256-sealed, Bitcoin-anchored pre-event advisories as an augmenting strategic indications-&-warning input — naming the actor, the window, and the mechanism before the event, then proving the call predated it. Outputs are shaped as WARN / POSTURE / ACT, and every seal is recomputable by the analyst. Aligned, as an independent vendor with no affiliation or tasking, to the publicly released USSPACECOM Strategic Vision (Feb 2024): 'intelligence will underpin all that we do.' An augmenting input, never the decision authority.
The record is the Russia–Ukraine I&W theater — 24 HIT / 1 NEAR / 3 PARTIAL / 3 MISS across 31 graded calls, the May-9 2025 ceasefire MISS kept on the ledger beside the hits. Marquee: the Crocus City Hall Moscow mass-casualty attack flagged ~200 days out against an official ~15-day public alert (IA-RU-008); the Wagner mutiny called ahead of June (IA-RU-005) and Wagner's exit called against ~100% of the consensus at the height of Bakhmut (IA-RU-003); the Black Sea Fleet strike wave sealed 83 days out (IA-RU-006); the Nobelium / APT29 SVR cyber-espionage revival named in advance (IA-RU-002).
The ceiling, stated plainly: a self-assessed record (a base-rate baseline ties the aggregate), the disclosed method is Vedic astrology, and no claim on space control, missile warning, NAVWAR, SATCOM, space-domain awareness or counterspace. An augmenting, verifiable indications-&-warning input — not a national-security decision authority, no affiliation or tasking. USSPACECOM holds no acquisition authority, so the engagement here is validate-and-advocate; acquisition itself runs through the U.S. Space Force (see /space-force). Acquisition identity (SAM.gov UEI RHRFB593R165 · CAGE 21L99) is on file.
The two warnings (signature finding): the same instrument produced the ~200-day Crocus mass-casualty warning (graded HIT) and a pilgrimage-route warning for Vaishno Devi delivered to Indian authorities — is-it-real and can-I-use-it answered by one artifact class. NSSL context: the corpus includes a flown graded HIT on the NSSL launch VEHICLE (Vulcan Cert-1 / LA-003) — the vehicle class, never a payload or affiliation claim. Information per call: median ~6.8 bits of against-consensus surprise; a consensus-follower scores zero by construction (/api/v1/info-yield.json).
The Petrov problem (signature read, on this page): every warning chain terminates in a human deciding believe-or-dismiss — 26 Sep 1983, Serpukhov-15, five reported ICBMs, one unscored judgment that was right. Institutions calibrate sensors and never the judges; a sealed, publicly graded record is what calibrating the judge looks like in practice. Full exhibit on /warfighter and /wargaming.
